- Defective items: If the whole order is returned because of defect ; you will receive a full refund. If only part of the order is returned; you will receive a refund for the items being returned only.
- Returns : You have 30 days to return your order if you want to return , please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .(This is for Ink & Toner Cartridge orders) For ALL our Other items , like Headphones, Macbook Chargers , etc.. Sales are Final and we can not accept any returns.
- Warranty : We offer 1 Year warranty on all of our compatible & re-manufactured Ink & Toner cartridges. If you are having issue then please contact us using our live chat from our website and we can help you out with replacements.
- Brand Name & Original Ink & Toner Warranty : 1 Year warranty will be offered by Brand Name owners only so please contact appropriate brand name for warranty Claim & Bestink.ca will not offer any warranty on Original / Brand Name products.
- Return Label : We will send you return label if the product is defective so you do not have to pay for return shipping fee and we will refund you once we recieve products back and we can also send you free replacement for defecttive items. When given a prepaid return shipping label by our customer service, make sure to use this label as soon as possible. We will limit these labels to be used within 14 days.
Non-defective closed items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only.*There will also be a mandatory restocking fee between 10 and 30% for non-defective items, depending on the item for all the items that are purchased by mistake and you can email us for return label at email@example.com
- Non-defective opened items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee. *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM items & Chargers.
- Shipping : For all Ink & Toner Cartridges , you will get in 3-5 business days in most cities except remote locations , it may take longer than usual depending on transportation company and remote locations.
- Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any of your returns. In some cases, picture proof will be required to be able to complete the return process.
- Any discrepancies between items received and ordered items must be claimed within 15 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email with pictures of the received items and shipping label. Any items received by mistake may be required to be returned.
