All damaged compatible ink and toner products are covered under our 365-day warranty. We provide free replacements for any defective items — no return required.
30-Day Return Policy
If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, you may return it within 30 days at your own cost for a full refund (product must be unopened and in original condition).
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement — no questions asked.
